Monday Mettā
I am at ease. May my family be at ease. May my friends be at ease. May my neighborhood be at ease. May my community be at ease. May my country be at ease. May all the people, families, friends, neighbors, communities, and countries be at ease.
We’ve done this one before, and we repeat it today. Community maitri. Community mettā.
Your mettā work is not just for yourself, although your own self love and compassion is necessary. Mettā works to elevate the entire planet to feel love.
“Lavish love on others and receive it gratefully when it comes to you.” This statement, by Sister Helen Prejean, is a practice worth repeating (I’d say “now, more than ever,” but there’s always a “now, more than ever” for someone. Still, it’s important to recognize the pain existing in the world right now).
Sit alone for five minutes and imagine a bead of love, growing from your chest and radiating out, to your immediate family, your block, your town, your city, your community, country, planet. Send your love inward and send your love away. May all beings live with ease.
So glad you’re here.

Intuitive Consulting
Dear friends! I am finally putting my sensitive nature to good use:
While I have informally “read” for many of you over the last few years, whether using Tarot cards, intuitive coaching, meditation/visualization, or the Akashic Record, I am now working as an Intuitive Consultant. I have completed training and apprenticing, have credentials for days, and would love to share my gifts + skills.
If you are interested in a unique and compassionate consult to help you move forward with ease, break limiting patterns and beliefs, or simply feel more confident, a Tarot or Akashic Record reading might really resonate with you.
Meeting with me is like reading this newsletter, except it’s highly personalized, very connecting, incredibly loving, and super focused on YOU. There’s so much you can learn! I am having a great deal of fun working in this way and am filled with gratitude that this is actually something I’m able to do with my time and with others.
More to come… in the meantime, here are testimonials from some recent clients. Please connect with me by responding if this is something you feel aligned with and would like to know more about! Thank you, as always, for your support in all the ways. xoxoxo
Rachel’s consult was transcendental, relaxing, enjoyable, and spiritual. Before Rachel and I worked together I felt unsure of where my future was headed and how I was going to create success in my life. Afterwards, I had a clear vision of my future success and it made me feel more confident that I was on the right path. I definitely recommend booking a session with Rachel. She is spiritually connected to the Akashic Records and sets you at ease in the process. It was very helpful in manifesting my goals. - Jennifer T Joy
My experience with the Akashic Record consult was very pleasant—Rachel is naturally warm and welcoming. I really wanted to get a sense of what I might be encouraged to do professionally, and she did give me some insight (without predicting!) which I needed/wanted/enjoyed. The session resonated with me, and the messages lingered. I would absolutely recommend this! - L. D.
Rachel has a beautiful way of communicating the messages of the Tarot cards. Her intuitive skills are being leveraged throughout the reading and the reading was beautiful. It gave me the shot in the arm I needed to move forward with more confidence and assuredness that I have my ladder against the wall that will provide me with fulfillment and joy. I feel like I’ve been reenergized to take the steps needed to proclaim my work. - Amy H
We Support Each Other
There are three beautiful ways you can support my work writing and teaching!
Make a micro-donation, either through Buy Me a Coffee (or in my case, a love note), or after you’ve listened to one of my meditations on Insight Timer.
Book a class or an intuitive reading! Come to one of my online yoga classes, schedule a private yoga class, or email me for a Tarot or Akashic Records reading.
Forward this newsletter on to anyone who might want a little love! Ask them to subscribe! Tell them you love them!
Thank you thank you!
Much love and gratitude,
Rachel

Your Tarot Reading, Revealed!
Card 1: Amethyst // 10 of Wands: This card shows up when you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or burdened. These feelings often (not always) reduce the power of the focused mind, and cause energy to scatter. What are some unproductive habits you’ve leaned into this week that you might want to get rid of? That would be a good start— begin by clearing any new (or renewed) rituals that you know aren’t working for you. It’s interesting… one of the big lessons in the 10 of Wands is that if you let go of your ego, you’ll be able to manifest what you need and want— which is hard to do with the ego constantly nagging you! Think of your focus as the bear from the card, gently reminding you to breathe, let go, and begin again.
Card 2: Black Tourmaline // 7 of Swords: This card shows up when there’s inner conflict and frustration, which is probably off-centering your balance and making your day-to-day stuff feel rushed, heavy, and frantic. This card reminds me of Harry Potter’s patronus, the stag, and is supposed to infuse you with that same sense of calm, connectedness, and inner strength. Look at the reflection here. You may feel like a little fawn, new and confused, but you are in fact a powerful white stag, on your destined path. The swords, masters of communication, cut through the confusion to provide you with clarity: you are what you need.
Card 3: Selenite // 6 of Wands: The sunflower appears again! This card is whimsical, fun, and brings all the good fortune, so if you were looking for a sign, this is it! You’re amazing and doing great! The 6 of wands is a harmonious card, a card of consciousness and clarity, and a reminder that victory, love, and happiness are all on their way. Take a moment to count your blessings, or to express your gratitude, and more will come to you. Go forth and enjoy!
