Monday Mettā
A new + beautiful way to experience Mondays
May I be open and receptive today.
Short and sweet this Monday.
Just consider it. Open to listen. Open to relaxing. Open to your own sense of being. Open to joy. Open to fun. And taking it all in without judgement or conditions. That’s receptivity.
✨
So glad you’re here.

Your Tarot Reading, Revealed!
Card 1: Black Tourmaline // Eight of Cups
Yep. This card confirms your thinking and gives some strategies for moving forward. First, the suit of Cups indicates a deep emotional and subconscious inner life, and the way to release negative thoughts (symbolized here by the cups in the foreground and the figure walking away from them) is to walk alongside them. The river here represents those thoughts, and as the figure is walking away, they are also walking with. I’m not saying go deeply into your thoughts, especially if that may be harmful for you. I’m saying there are a few thoughts that you might have to face and deliberately let go of.
Card 2: Selenite // Three of Pentacles
There’s some work you have to do that you need expert advice on. This is often thought of as the “worker’s card”—the figure on the bench is creating physically what is laid out in the plans that the other two figures are holding. He is conferring with them, and going back to the “drawing board,” literally. This idea, of getting expert advice and starting at the beginning, might be helpful for you as you figure out the source of your pain and how you can move through it.
Card 3: Calcite // Ace of Cups
Your cup runneth over!! And the wealth we’re speaking of here is not monetary, although it could become that. It is a wealth of heart, emotions, and courage. It is about new beginnings and experiencing a richness of the heart. That might mean manifesting what you want, or connecting with the self or others in a meaningful way, or beginning something new with fortitude and courage. Because the Ace represents a new journey, so take that journey with heart.
