Retreat is Sunday!
Love and Acceptance // 12.26.22
Monday Mettā
A new + beautiful way to experience Mondays
I breathe in love and acceptance. I exhale peace and calm.
Sometimes we’re taught to exhale that which does not serve us. Today, I encourage you to exhale what you’ve integrated on the inhale: love and acceptance comes in, peace and calm goes out.
Keeping focused on the breath during a mettā meditation helps focus and integration. Repeat this breathing meditation a few times.
✨
So glad you’re here.

Your Tarot Reading, Revealed!
Card 1: Arfvedsonite // The Hermit
Not to take this too literally, but… go be by yourself for a while. Obstacles can come from two places: the external and the internal. Giving yourself some quiet, solo time can take care of both. If your obstacles feel external, perhaps some time away will help. If your obstacles are internal, structured meditation, journaling, walks, and reflection can be just the trick.
Card 2: Clear Quartz // The Tower
Eek! Brain fog and feeling confused, forgetful, and tired can be just the worst. This card empathizes. You can’t run away from it, which is also the message of this card. What needs to change for you to feel more clarity and focus? Do you need a sick day (or two) to get some rest? Do you need a quick, 5-minute morning stretching routine? Do you need to go for a walk? Clarity and focus… this is how you cultivate mindful awareness and present-moment attention.
Card 3: Rose Quartz // The Emperor
This card is all about stability. How are your relationships providing you with a sense of calm, grounding, or stillness? Who in your life helps you to feel settled? Gravitate towards those people this week. If you are surrounded by frantic or unpredictable energy, see how you can begin to settle yourself. The more you feel a sense of peace, the more your relationships will thrive.
